At Glamorris, we offer products designed to simplify your routine and deliver real results. We believe in the quality of our tools and want you to feel confident in your investment.
The Glamorris Guarantee (60 Days)
We know that switching to a new product or beauty routine can have a learning curve. That is why we recommend using your product for a minimum of 14 days to allow your hair and skin to adjust and for you to master the technique.
If you are not completely satisfied after this 14-day trial period, you may return your item(s) within 60 days of delivery for a refund.
- Note: Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
How to Initiate a Return
We’ve made the process simple.
- Ensure you are within the 60-day window and have passed the 14-day trial period.
- Contact our support team via our Contact Us page or email us directly at support@glamoriss.com.
- Please include your Order Number or the Name/Email used to place the order so we can assist you faster.
Cancellations & Order Changes
We pride ourselves on fast processing to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
- Window: You have 24 hours from the time of purchase to request a cancellation or change.
- After 24 Hours: Your order will have entered our processing phase and cannot be modified or cancelled.
- Refunds: If cancelled within the window, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
We meticulously package our products, but sometimes, accidents can happen in transit.
- Reporting Window: You must report damaged items within 72 hours of delivery.
- What Qualifies: Physical breakage or manufacturing defects.
- What Does Not Qualify: Cosmetic damage to the packaging box (dents, scuffs) if the product inside is in good condition.
- How to Report: Email support@glamoriss.com with your Order Number and a clear photo of the damage. We will assess the issue and provide a free replacement if eligible.
Shipping & Delivery Responsibility
Once a package leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the courier.
- Delays: Glamorris is not liable for delays caused by customs, weather, or courier logistics.
- Issues: If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you cannot locate your package, or if it is delayed in transit, please contact the courier directly for the fastest resolution. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Incorrect Address
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is 100% correct at checkout.
- If you notice an error, email us within 24 hours.
- If an order is shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer and we are not notified within the 24-hour window, you will not be entitled to a resend or a refund.
