- Need a Change? If you spot an error, email support@glamoriss.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
- After 24 Hours, we likely cannot modify the destination as the order will have entered our automated processing queue. Glamoriss is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer if we were not notified within this window.
Transit Delays
We strive for punctuality, but logistics can sometimes be unpredictable. Glamoriss cannot be held liable for delays caused by external factors such as courier operations, customs holding, or weather disruptions. If your tracking is stalled, please contact the courier directly for the most up-to-date status. We will always do our best to assist you with information on our end.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is scanned as "delivered" by the courier, the responsibility transfers to the customer.
- What to do: If your tracking says delivered but you cannot find it, please check with neighbours or your building manager first.
- Next Steps: Contact the courier company directly to file a claim. They have the GPS data to verify the delivery location.
- Our Role: While Glamoriss is not liable for lost or stolen packages, we are here to help. Email support@glamoriss.com, and we can provide order proof to help you with your claim. In rare cases where a package is confirmed lost in transit (before delivery), we may offer a replacement at our discretion.
- Police Report: If you suspect theft, we strongly recommend filing a police report.
